About Us

We are a well established real estate company on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Formed in 1998 we have grown from a one man operation to a multi faceted company. With a major focus on the Koh Samui market we have been able to spread our wings into various areas of the real estate market.

With the Agency side being the core foundation it has been possible to 'move with the times' and as such Property Management, Luxury Villa Rentals, Development and Investment have been introduced.

Our marketing complements our abilities. Dedicated staff continually source mediums and avenues, with a heavy focus on the World Wide Web - 'The Shop Window to the World'.

The recent completion of a new 180 sqm bespoke office will benefit us in showcasing major projects and enhancing our position as number one agent on the island.

Agency

Acting as an intermediary for the buying and selling of land and house. We have assisted in transacting deals ranging from individual building plots to large tracts of land and individual villas to resort hotels.

Working on the principal of 'repeat business' we offer transparent and honest investment advice to all our clients.

Property Management

Our Management arm was formed in 2005 to manage our own developments. With the ever increasing number of properties being completed on the island it has been a necessity for most owners to have a reputable company to manage their assets. The department has grown since inception and to date forty houses are being immaculately managed.

Management Services include landscaping, all forms of maintenance, live-in staff and security. Monthly transparent accounting is kept for all properties.

Luxury Villa Rentals

At the beginning of 2007 we introduced The Kefi Kollection highlighting the most exclusive residences on the island. Offering all the trappings of a 5 star resort yet concentrated in a private and secluded villa. The Samui rentals market has grown significantly over the past two years and with the increasing number of luxury villas it will continue to offer competition for more conventional accommodation.
