Engel and Voelkers are an international real estate brokerage with a world wide network of property agents and clients offering a first class service to those wishing to rent, buy or sell property or land.

Kalara Development
We completed our own development projects during 2005 and 2006 called The Gardens, Park Lane and Kalara Gardens - a collection of quality mews houses built with meticulous attention to detail, exclusive furnishings and all surrounded by luxurious landscaping. In 2007 our new bespoke office in Fisherman’s Village was completed and 2008 will see the refurbishment of Bophut Apartments boasting exquisite furnishings with breathtaking seas views. 2008 will also highlight our flagship development Kalara Heights – a collection of nine high end residences spread over 16 rai in Bang Por, Koh Samui.
We maintain, manage and rent all these properties on behalf of the owners and complement the service with full budgeting and accounting procedures.

The Kefi Kollection - Luxury Villa Rentals
At the beginning of 2007 we introduced The Kefi Kollection highlighting the most exclusive residences on the island. Offering all the trappings of a 5 star resort yet concentrated in a private and secluded villa. The Samui rentals market has grown significantly over the past two years and with the increasing number of luxury villas it will continue to offer competition for more conventional accommodation.
