The interior of the villa has a relaxed atmosphere with a minimum amount of solid walls and full height doors adding to the openness. The large open plan living area has three leather sofas, DVD and CD player and 42" plasma TV, dining for up to 8 persons and a fully equipped European standard kitchen.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a private side balcony with outdoor bathtub, king size bed and 42" plasma TV. The three further bedrooms are all double bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms and 32" LCD TV, two of them with king size beds. All bedrooms have private UBC satellite TV.

Rates
- Daily rates from US$500 to US$800 depending on season Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights during peak season, 5 nights during Chinese New Year)
- Rates shown are for a maximum of 8 guests including children. Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
- Airport transfer: US$25 per trip for a maximum of 4 passengers in luxury car.
- All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT
- Weddings and private parties can be arranged for a surcharge
