The Emerald Residence consists of three stylish villas situated directly on the stunning Kao Laem Noi beach.

Each of these tranquil villas is made up of two pavilions; a contemporary glass inspired sleeping wing that makes the most of the dazzling ocean vista and a more traditional wooden building housing the living areas.

The pavilions are connected by a large wooden deck and feature large glass folding doors that create the tropical indoor-outdoor living concept.

Although the warm iridescent sea and quiet beach are beckoning on the villa's door-step, your sanctuary also offers the luxury of your own private infinity-edge swimming pool, tropical garden and expanse of grass covering the rest of the property to enjoy.

Two of the three villas have two en-suite double bedrooms each with king-size bed, and the third villa has three bedrooms consisting of two en-suite double bedrooms and a smaller third bedroom with bunk beds sleeping up to four children. The sleeping wing in each villa also has a peaceful TV room which attracts the afternoon sun for that perfect siesta!

The light and airy living quarter consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and the villa's main bathroom. It conveniently opens out on to the pool deck and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cool ocean breeze and watch the stunning sunsets that the west coast of Koh Samui is renowned for.

Daily rates from US$ 420 to 700 for two bedrooms
Use of the bunk bedroom only for children up to 12 years of age
Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights over Christmas or New Year and 10 nights over both holidays, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)
Rates shown are for a maximum of up to 4 Guests (up to 4 children up to 12 years of age accepted). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
Airport transfer: US$ 40 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
Baby cot provided free of charge
Rates include daily Continental breakfast
For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests

The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all your specific needs and help organise guests stay with activities, massage and spa treatment as well as dealing with any matter arising at the villa
Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary
Chef service (Thai cuisine and Western favourites) upon availability with shopping list available
