Baan Ling Noi is a contemporary new stylish villa nestled in the hills of Bophut, offering unobstructed sea views over Koh Phangan.

The main house is set on two stories with a large open plan living area enjoying the spectacular views from the upper floor. There is a fully equipped Western style kitchen and dining table as well as an outdoor dining area on the balcony.

The villa provides accommodation for up to eights guests in four air conditioned bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathroom with double wash basins.Two of the bedrooms have large bathtubs.The master bedroom and lower garden room are found in a separate pavilion. All rooms have direct access to the swimming pool area, and are nicely decorated and furnished to the highest standard.

Stunning views can be enjoyed from the infinity edged swimming pool and sun terrace. The large sala with cushions is a great place to relax in the evening and has its own fridge.

Airport transfer: US$25 per trip for a maximum of 4 passengers in luxury car.
