Baan Banyan offers spacious accommodation to include 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, the third bedroom is accessible either through bedroom 2 or directly off the u shaped terrace overlooking the swimming pool with further access through to the living room from the
terrace sliding doors).

Both guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom with outdoor Balinese style shower.

The master bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom with large Jacuzzi bath. An extensive fitted kitchen with fitted appliances including double door American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and extractor hood, built in microwave, an abundance of crockery, glassware and cooking utensils provides all the home comforts that one would expect for a self catering holiday break.

An adjacent utility room provides a Siemens front loading automatic washing machine.
UBC satellite T.V is connected to the property viewed via a feature Pioneer Flat screen wall mounted television. Wireless ADSL Internet is available within the property via a wireless router (personal laptop required).

The private swimming pool is accessible via the shaded terraces with a range of outdoor furniture and sun loungers, cooled by overhead colonial style fans.

Of particular interest to all guests is the villa housekeeping service provided every 4th day to include a full villa clean and replacement of all bed linen and villa towels.
