Villa 'Leelavadee' is a beautifully furnished family villa set amongst mature lush tropical gardens overlooking the central gardens of this private gated development. Located in the village of Maenam, on the North Coast of Koh Samui, some 5 minutes drive from the local beaches and golf course.

Features three bedrooms, two of them with King Size beds and one with two single beds. The master bedroom walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathrooms including Balinese style shower.

The large open plan living/dining area, with a large fully fitted kitchen incorporating built-in appliances, provides the perfect self catering environment for a family seeking a quiet and children friendly environment. European style fitted kitchen with dishwasher and full appliances and separate laundry room with washing machine and storage shelving.

The wooden deck terrace has a generous range of furniture including four sun loungers, dining tables and chairs for up to eight persons and a bbq set. The private infinity edged swimming pool with shaded wooden deck terraces can be enjoyed at all times. Spacious gravel driveway for up to 3 cars.

Security alarm, fire system, full UBC and Wireless ADSL Internet (personal laptop required) is provided free of charge along with full use of the fitness facilities in the on site residents gymnasium seven days a week included, as well as house cleaning service and full linen and towel change every 4th day.

The villa sleeps up to 6 adults, baby cot and push buggy for infants available on request. Water proof childrens' bed sheets in all rooms. Evening baby sitting service can be arranged subject to prior notice.

Complimentary airport pick up service available. Minimum stay 1 day, discounted rates for monthly rentals available on request.
