For rent fully furnished, comprising of master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms, bathroom, a study/nursery room, two bathrooms, three W.C's and fitted kitchen with adjacent utility room with washing machine. The bedrooms and the study/nursery room are all equipped with air conditioning.

The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with a private infinity edge-swimming pool, directly accessible from the shaded terrace with cushioned sun loungers and poolside table and chairs. The resident's fitness center is open 7 days a week. Daily rates include UBC, wireless ADSL Internet (personal laptop required), electricity and water charges as well as the added comfort of a maid clean service and bed linen and towel laundry service every 4th day.

Peak Season (15th December ‚ 15th January) 36,540 Baht per week

All rates are subject to a 10% service charge, payable with the final balance.

Christmas Season: 21st Dec - 1st Jan - 7 Nights Minimum booking.
