House cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every four days. Complimentary baby cot and buggy subject to request and availability. Water proof protection sheets available for childrens' beds if required. Sleeps up to 5 persons.

All rates are subject to a 10% service charge, payable with the final payment balance.
