Set within its own walled, landscaped gardens with private infinity edged swimming pool and pool sala. Off road parking space available.
Gated garden, secure for young children. Baby cot and buggy available free of charge, subject to availability. Children’s waterproof protection bed sheets for beds included. Evening baby sitting service available, subject to availability, early notice required.
A fully equipped resident’s fitness centre is available for use 7 days a week. TV, DVD, full UBC satellite TV, telephone line and wireless ADSL Internet (personal laptop required).
Available for holiday rentals for stays of one day up to one month, discounted rates for one month longer stays available on request. House cleaning and bed linen and towels changed every four days, included in daily rates.
DAILY RENTAL RATES
Low Season (May & Jun/ Oct & Nov) - THB 3,900 per night.
High Season (01 Dec- 30 Apr/ 01 Jul - 30 Sep) THB 4,600 per night.
Peak Season (15 Dec- 15 Jan) 5,100 THB
All Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, payable with the final balance.
Christmas season: 21st Dec - 1st Jan 7 nights minimum booking/payment required.
