A spacious, fully furnished three bedroom family home, located within a private and gated development, only five minutes from beautiful Maenam Beach and The Santi Buri Golf Course. Set in gardens with terrace dining set, easy chairs and a private infinity edge swimming pool with terrace W.C.
The villa features three air conditioned bedrooms, European standard kitchen with dish washer, living and dining area and home office with wireless Internet (personal laptop required). The master bedroom has a built-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with corner bath tub and external Balinese style shower. Utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A fully equipped on site resident's fitness centre is available for use 7 days a week, free of charge. ADSL Fast speed Wireless Internet and UBC satellite TV is connected to the property, as well as full house security alarm and fire system.
House cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every four days. Complimentary baby cot and buggy – subject to request and availability. Water proof protection sheets available for children’s beds if required. Sleeps up to 5 persons.
DAILY RATES
Low Season (1st May – 30th June; 1st October – 30th November) 4,900 Baht per night
High Season (1st December – 14th December; 16th January – 30th April; 1st July – 30th September) 5,400 Baht
Peak Season (15th December – 15th January) 5,900 Baht
All rates are subject to a 10% service charge, payable with the final payment balance.
