“Baan Ma Prao Oon” (meaning young coconuts in Thai), is a spacious three bedroom holiday villa. For rent fully furnished, comprising of master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms, bathroom, a study/nursery room, two bathrooms, three W.Cs and fitted kitchen with adjacent utility room with washing machine. The bedrooms and the study/nursery room are all equipped with air conditioning.
The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with a private infinity edge swimming pool, directly accessible from the shaded terrace with cushioned sun loungers and terrace table and chairs. The resident's fitness centre is open 7 days a week. Daily rates include UBC, wireless ADSL Internet (personal laptop required), electricity and water charges as well as the added comfort of a maid clean service and bed linen and towel laundry service every 4th day.

Low Season (1st May – 30th June; 1st October – 30th November) 5,300 Baht
High Season (1st December – 14th December; 16th January - 30th April; 1st July – 30th September) 5,800 Baht
Peak Season (15th December – 15th January) 6,300 Baht
All rates are subject to a 10% service charge, payable with the final balance.
