A stylish hillside home overlooking Chaweng Bay, offering relaxed luxury in a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.
The villa is built on three levels that cascade down the sea-facing hillside, connected by elegant sandstone stairways. The upper level consists of three en-suite double bedrooms, all with A/C, ceiling fan, halogen lighting, King-size beds, built-in wardrobes with personal safe and mini-bar, that access onto a large balcony through French doors. The en-suite bathrooms all feature oversized rain showers, glass sinks, and private walled gardens, two of them have oval terrazzo bathtubs.
The second level has modern kitchen and powder room, separated by a sandstone deck from the vast, open-plan living room. The living room includes a fully-fitted and equipped wet bar, dining table for 6, sofas and loungers, a large LCD screen TV, with DVD, CD, and satellite TV. Glass walls open onto a surrounding balcony, overlooking the swimming pool and views.
Beside the 20 meter swimming pool is a large sandstone deck which continues into a shaded dining area with seating for 8 persons and separate day lounge with wet bar, bathroom and day beds. A second staff kitchen is located behind the pool area. This expansive villa has over 400 sqm of enclosed space and 300 sqm of terraces.
Daily maid service is provided, in addition to breakfast and airport transfers. The main tourist area of Chaweng, 2 minutes drive away, offers a 5 km white powder sand beach, and a plethora of excellent restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and spas. A Thai Cook is available on prior request. The villa is not designed with small children in mind, but designed for adults.

The villa is located in Chaweng on the North East coast of Samui, only five minutes from Samui International Airport and Chaweng Center.
RATES
Daily rates from US$800 to US$1,300 for 4 bedrooms or US$600 to US$1,300 for 2 bedrooms including Breakfast
Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights during high season)
