Kimsacheva features seven bedrooms, one master suite and six double bedrooms with king size beds, all with large indoor/outdoor en-suite bathrooms with stand alone bathtubs.
The villa has a large indoor living area with combined sitting and dining room with wet bar. The outdoor living area comprises of covered and open air entertainment terraces with shade planting and a 12 x 4 meter infinity edged seamless terrazzo lined swimming pool.
Next to the pool is a grass roofed pool sala with built in banquette seating. An elevated dining pavilion is overlooking the pool and views. Two bedrooms and storage rooms are located underneath the villa.
Maid's quarter and large grass roofed sala for car and motorbike parking on the road level. Adjoining lands are owned by the developer, assuring privacy and a select environment for this phenomenal villa.
A full time housekeeper will look after you during your stay, plus a full concierge service to meet your every need. A Thai cook is available on prior request at extra charge. Airport transfer and a tropical breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast are also supplied.

Daily rates from US$1,200 to US$1,500 for 7 bedrooms or US$900 to US$1,500 for 4 bedrooms including Breakfast
Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights during high season)
