A beautifully designed deluxe 4 bedroom classic Thai style villa, set within its own beautifully landscaped garden, enjoying stunning ocean views of Big Buddha Bay, Big Buddha statue, Koh Phangan, and Koh Som Island and taking full advantage of the glorious sunsets. The villa offers total privacy and seclusion in a popular area of Koh Samui close to the main attractions of the Island.
This villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends (sleeps up to 8 persons) who are looking for a private villa to enjoy their holidays together. It is made up of three separate buildings, on different levels, arranged in a U- shape, around an infinity edge plunge pool. The plunge pool is surrounded by a large wooden deck with carefully arranged tropical plants. The layout of this unique villa effectively creates an exclusive luxury complex for rent by the group of your choice, offering a unique holiday experience.
The main house is located on the highest level with its own private terrace overlooking the pool, tropical foliage and the ocean. The lounge looks onto the terrace and has the same sea view. There is a small office with internet connection, guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the master suite with a dressing room and en-suite luxury bathroom containing a waterfall feature. The air-conditioned bedrooms contain King and Queen sized beds and the fully fitted western-standard kitchen has a large refrigerator / freezer, all cooking utensils and crockery.
The guest house is situated beside the swimming pool and contains two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms another fully equipped western standard kitchen and a small living room. A maids’ apartment, laundry room, and a garage are located beneath the guest house.
Special attention has been given to the interior decoration throughout all the accommodation. The floors are made of teak wood and the walls are made of wood or patina. All rooms are luxuriously furnished with antique furniture.
The third building mentioned is the open Thai style sala which offers breath-taking views of the sea and evening sunsets - ideal for relaxing or having a massage.
The villa is in a prime position in close proximity to the major attractions and facilities of the Island. It is just minutes from a selection fine white sandy beaches on the Choeng Mon peninsula and the bars and restaurants of Ban Rak and the popular Fisherman’s Village. The bustling nightlife and shopping facilities of Chaweng, are also just a short drive away.
