On the soft sandy beach close to the famous Big Buddha Bay, a stunning home has been created providing the traveler with a haven of peace and tranquility in a self contained environment that would be hard to find anywhere - and it's right on the beach!
Located in Ban Bang Rak, the "village of love" in English, Baan Tamarind is a villa within its own walled and landscaped tropical gardens consisting of 3 pavilions with 5 bedrooms providing luxury accommodation for up to 12 adults. While the sea is only a step down from the garden there is also a large private swimming pool. The villa enjoys spectacular views of the neighboring island of Koh Phan Ngan as well as stunning sunsets. The entrance ensures privacy and a secure parking area.
The large living/dining room is designed for simple and relaxed living, as well as elegant dinner parties and lavish entertainment should it be required and includes a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge opens onto a large wooden sun deck where one may relax, read a book or soak up some of Thailand's tropical rays and the peace of the Big Buddha Bay.
The 5 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, are all fully air-conditioned along with ceiling fans and feature special indoor/outdoor bathrooms and showers. All have views across to the beach and the islands beyond. One bedroom features two bunk beds ideal for children. With 2 double bedding, 2 twin bedding and 1 room with 2 bunk beds & loft, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
Totally self contained with Cable/Satellite TV and DVD/CD players and a host of board games to while away the time, the guest need never leave Ban Tamarind at all. Nearby are superb al fresco Thai and European restaurants as well as massage and health facilities. Alternatively, our staff are available to cook any meals you desire.
The resident staff are under the leadership of a Guest Relations Manager and will cater to your every need including offering laundry, assistance with shopping and cooking if you so require.
A stay at Baan Tamarind is an experience such that you will almost certainly wish to return and repeat the "total relaxation" experience.

VILLA RATES
Daily rates from US$990 to US$1,500 for the entire house or US$725 to US$900 for 3 bedrooms (in intermediate and high seasons only)* Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account) and daily Continental Breakfast
Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
Rates shown are for a maximum of 12 (twelve) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
Airport transfer: US$20 (subject to 7% VAT) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
