Welcome to this little corner of paradise where you will feel at home. Nirvana Villa is a private and exclusive 900 sqm residence. Close your eyes and imagine it, nestled in a tropical garden, 200 meters above sea level, spread out on three levels. It is situated in the Taling Ngam area, baptised the “Beverly Hills of Thailand” (Samui-Panghan Real Estate Magazine – February 2007 edition). Now open your eyes, your view of the Marine National Park is breathtaking.
There are five luxurious suites in the villa that can welcome up to ten guests. You and your friends will be indulged by a team of six persons, constantly available. Their mission is to make your dreams come true. This is an all inclusive formula. Everything is included in your package. The meals prepared by our Thai chef (Thai and Western specialities), beverages (cocktails, alcohol, beer, soft drinks, fruit juice, shakers…), the rooms’ mini-bar, the room service, the concierge…
All rooms have plasma screens, DVD, satellite radio and TV. The whole area has wireless Internet access. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi, lounge, wet bar, fitness, spa and massages, private cinema, recreation and billiard room, sound system for impromptu parties are some of the activities available at Nirvana Villa.
Each suite is unique. Like a treasure chest. They have all been decorated with the best materials and equipped with high technology to satisfy your utmost requests. King Size beds, plasma screens, DVD players, stereos with MP3 insert, air conditioning, mini-bar, Jacuzzi or XXL bath with view, luxuriously equipped bathrooms, separate shower and toilets, desk, luxury towels and bathrobes.

Zen dominates the Buddha Suite. Over 50 sqm on the main level near the pool. An unbelievable view of the marine park and its islands awaits you. A Jacuzzi is set at the foot of the bed, in front of the French windows. The decoration is made from a collection of statues and representations of Buddha by several sculptors of the Chiang Mai area in northern Thailand.
If it’s a breathtaking panorama you are looking for then book the Grand View Suite. About 40 meters above sea level on the first floor. The view over the marine park and the tropical garden surrounding the villa is incredible. An XXL terraced bath separates the King Size bed and the semi-open bathroom.
The red master suite the biggest suite of the villa, it offers over 80 sqm on the first floor. It includes a separate lounge and bedroom along with two bathrooms together with showers. You may welcome all the guests of the villa in your lounge, equipped with the latest technology and connected to the cinema. A second double bed can be set up in the lounge. The colour red dominates. The decoration is by artist Sawanee of Hangdong. Chinese style and Zen atmosphere.
You could be alone in the world in the jungle suite with over 60 sqm in a bungalow outside the main building. This suite is nestled amongst palm trees and offering loads of intimacy. You reach it by a romantic lane through the tropical garden with its exotic flowers and their powerful scent. You will enjoy of a large private terrace with view. The open roof bathroom and its bath set under the stars is a jewel unto itself. A second exotic terrace is situated under the bungalow. The decoration is made from elephant sculptures, bamboo and fine wood.
The dining room is open on all four sides and overlooks the whole villa. It offers a 180 view. A large table can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. Experience a cocktail in the wet bar while chatting with your friends who are nice and dry in the Kitsch en Bar. In the lobby, the central area of the ground floor, a cocktail bar and a second dining table await you. Ideal to try one of the cocktails that only our barman has the secret of, before or after an outing. Or to have a cappuccino or another specialty available from the coffee machine brought over especially from Italy.
The pool and the large Jacuzzi allow for over 60m2 of aquatic games on various levels and a wet bar. A large terrace borders the pool, inviting you to relax and sunbathe on the deck chairs and beds made especially for optimal comfort. There is a large exterior lounge to shelter in the shade, allowing you to pursue the evening in a most idyllic atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by a natural tropical garden. A magical fountain invites you to dream while the heady fragrance of exotic flowers is all around you.
A large choice of activities is available whenever you wish. Spa with massages, relaxation and body care. Fitness equipped with professional machines for cardiovascular and muscular training. Cinema in a private room for twelve persons, a large choice of films and a popcorn machine! Recreation room with pool table, ping pong, play station, poker and board games for the whole family.
Koh Samui offers many different activities available from 5 to 35 minutes away from the villa. A concierge is at your disposal to organise all your land or sea excursions, book restaurants, a barbecue on the beach, the best spot during Full Moon Parties, fishing, diving, but also a baby sitter service, washing, cooking lessons, yoga, Thai boxing…
All inclusive service, everything is included to make your stay unforgettable. From our chef’s delicious dishes to the drinks, from the cleaning service to the activities, everything is unlimited and when you want it. And as a welcome gift we offer you a 30 minute massage for you to enjoy within 24 hours after your arrival. Our manager will welcome you at the airport and will take you there on your departure.
The villa includes several bars and a minibar in each room. Our barman will concoct sumptuous cocktails for you or your favorite drink at your request.
Our manager is at your service and will make each request a reality such as: rent boats at the best price, advises you and book you in the island’s best restaurants, confirm your return flights, rent cars for you, arrange trips, barbecue parties on the beach or picnics in the mountains. His experience and special contacts will allow you to have VIP treatment unequalled in Koh Samui.
The Nirvana Villa team consists of three to seven persons who are at your service. Our manager and concierge is in charge of the villa and your every request. Our chef is one of the best cooks on the islands. The rest of the team is in charge of the cleaning, the bedrooms, the spa, the garden, security, and all other services necessary to make your stay unforgettable.
Some services not included in your package are at your disposal upon request and at costing price, like babysitting, washing and ironing of your personal belongings, massage and body care, various courses (cooking, Thai boxing, yoga, massage…)
LOCATION
Nirvana Villa is situated in the south west part of the Koh Samui in Taling Ngam area. About 35 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from bars, restaurants and night clubs in Lamai.
The area is nicknamed the Beverly Hills of Thailand, due to its luxurious villas and the amazing view of the marine park.
RATES
Daily rates for the entire villa from €600 to €1,500 for 1-2 persons, €700 to €1,500 for 3-4 persons, €900 to €1,500 for 5-6 persons and €1,100 to €1,500 for 7-8 persons.
Free of charge for children up to 12 years old (max. 4 children). Extra bed will be charged at €100.
Minimum stay of 3 days during low and high season (7 days during Christmas and New Year).
All rates are subject to 10% service charge.
The price includes all beverages (except wine and champagne), food, the service, 30 minutes massage per person (to enjoy within the first 24 hours) and local transportation to and from the airport.
Weddings and parties can be arranged for a surcharge.
